Nations
Found a country, control territory, and build a capital worth defending.
Java + Bedrock • Earth map • Towny politics
Build your town. Grow your nation. Rewrite the map.
A geopolitical Minecraft world where towns become countries, alliances matter, and every border tells a story.
Politics
Start as a settlement, recruit citizens, claim land, and become a power people have to negotiate with. Borders are earned in-game through building, trading, alliances, and smart conflict.
Found a country, control territory, and build a capital worth defending.
Make treaties, trade deals, alliances, rivalries, and peace terms.
Mine, farm, and turn resources into political power.
Settle disputes with organized PvP instead of random chaos.
Pick a region, build your base, and claim the land around it.
Move supplies, negotiate deals, and support your nation.

Rules
A clean rulebook for politics, claims, trade, chat, and wars. Staff may act on behavior that clearly damages the server even if it is not listed word-for-word here.
NationCiv is competitive, but it still needs to stay playable for everyone.
Screenshots, logs, and timestamps help staff solve reports faster.
Rules are enforced by intent, not loopholes or exact wording tricks.
Harassment, slurs, targeted bullying, threats, sexual content, encouraging self-harm, hate speech, grooming, coercion, and creepy behavior toward minors are not allowed on the server or in connected NationCiv spaces.
Do not flood chat, spam commands, abuse formatting, or intentionally drown out normal conversation.
Malicious links, IP loggers, shock content, explicit content, scams, and suspicious downloads are not allowed.
Do not share, threaten to share, or pressure others for real names, addresses, photos, IPs, school/work info, socials, or private details.
Do not pretend to be another player, staff member, town, nation, or official NationCiv account.
Player names, nicknames, town names, nation names, skins, and titles must be appropriate and may not advertise, impersonate, or target other players.
Alts, shared accounts, ban evasion, and using another account to protect your main account are not allowed.
Clients, macros, x-ray tools, printer functions, and mods that give unfair gameplay advantage are not allowed. Performance, HUD, cosmetic, and normal minimap mods are allowed if they do not reveal hidden information.
Do not abuse bugs, dupes, permission mistakes, economy issues, or plugin glitches. Report them to staff instead of using them.
Players who knowingly assist, cover for, or benefit from cheating or exploits may receive the same punishment as the player doing it.
Machines, farms, redstone, entities, or commands made to lag the server or disrupt NationCiv services can be removed and punished.
Town and nation names must be appropriate, readable, and not made to impersonate staff, other groups, or real hateful movements.
Nation names must match a real geographic location on the map and must be based on a real modern or historical place, country, region, empire, kingdom, or civilization.
Do not damage land inside claims or around towns just to annoy, trap, block, or ruin another group. Staff may roll back damage.
Do not use long claim arms, trapped borders, or awkward claim shapes to stop another town from growing without a real gameplay reason.
Cobble monsters, lava curtains, water curtains, obsidian spam, TNT craters, and similar messes are not allowed near towns or important map areas.
Large edits that make the Earth map inaccurate, like draining oceans, covering seas, deleting mountains, or making fake islands, may be removed.
Wilderness is less protected, but massive terrain damage, road breaking, ugly block spam, and map damage may still be fixed by staff.
Map art is allowed if it does not break behavior rules, block expansion, or create major ugly terrain damage.
Normal risky deals are part of politics, but staff may punish scams involving bugs, impersonation, real money, or fake staff claims.
Do not sell items, money, towns, ranks, services, or access for real-world money.
Outposts are only allowed when they are being used for a siege. Do not create or keep outposts for normal non-siege travel, storage, claiming, or convenience.
Outposts made for a siege must be removed within one week after that siege finishes.
Conflict should use server systems and staff-approved rules. Do not turn political disputes into harassment or real-life threats.
Do not repeatedly camp, trap, or kill players at spawn points, town spawns, outposts, beds, or teleport locations in a way that prevents them from playing or escaping.
Players are responsible for their own deals. Keep screenshots or written proof if you want staff to understand a dispute.
Staff have final say when rules overlap or someone tries to abuse wording. Arguing is fine; spam, threats, and harassment are not.
